We accept following cards: Dankort, Visa, Visa/Dankort, Visa/Electron, MasterCard, EuroCard & Maestro. The amount will be withdrawn from your account when the goods are dispatched.
As soon as your payment has been authorised a binding agreement is made and you will automatically receive a mail confirming your order.
We endeavor to keep the information on our website up to date and accurate but all orders are subject to availability. In the event that an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately and offer the chance for you to amend or cancel your order.
In registering on our website or placing any order for alcohol you confirm that you are over 18.
All information given to mother wine is is treated as confidential. No information is at any point given to any third parties, and is strictly for use between the customer and mother wine.
Return item within 14 days of receiving the order for exchange or refund. Any customer wishing to return an item must fill out a return form. Returns without a return form will not be considered. The item must be returned in the same condition as when received. Returned item are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount (minus shipping) is deposited back into the customer’s account or exchanged for something else. When exercising your right to return an item, the shipment is paid by the customer. Mother wine will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping, this is the customers sole responsibility.
If you wish to return an item you can do so by sending a mail to email@example.com with subject “Return” and with your order number, then we will contact you as soon as possible with a return form and a return label. You can either send the package or stopping by mother wine with the package and your return form. For returns, please send to the address below:

Defective item / reclamation
If you for some reason feel you have received a defective or incorrect item upon delivery, or an item otherwise becomes defective, you must contact us immediately (within 14 days of receiving) by sending a mail with your order number and a description of the defected item. Please send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “Claim“. Once we receive your mail, we will contact you as soon as possible with a claim form and a return label. Items sent without a claim form will not be considered.
Refunds for returned items will be made to the cardholder as soon as mother wine Aps receives the package. For some credit cards (Mastercard etc.), expect up to 30 days before receiving your refund. For all other cards expect 5-7 days. Freight will not be refunded.
During sale or promotional offers the policy explained above will apply, except that mother wine Aps will not accept exchanges, only returns.
