You have different options to get your wines from mother brought home safely:
Pick up at store
Bring your order number and we will have your order ready. Pick-ups are to be made at:

Pick up point
Freight 45 DKK. Delivery next working day to a pick up point by your own choice, if the order is placed before 13:00. You will be notified by email & sms when the delivery is ready for pick up.
Business – between 08:00-16:00
Freight 65 DKK. Delivery next working day to your company address between 08:00-16:00, if the order is placed before 13:00.
Private – between 17:00-21:00
Freight 145 DKK. Delivery next working day to your private address between 17:00-21:00, if the order is placed before 13:00
If it happens that you are not home, you will be advised by email & sms on how to proceed for re-delivery.
We use Bring delivery service for all orders and you will be notified about your delivery by email and sms
Return items within 14 days of receiving the order for exchange or refund. For further details, please go to Terms & conditions
Defect item / claim
If you for some reason feel you have received a defective or incorrect item upon delivery, or an item otherwise becomes defective, you must contact us immediately (within 14 days of receiving) by sending a mail with your order number and a description of the defected item. Please send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “Claim“. Once we receive your mail, we will contact you as soon as possible with a claim form and a return label. Items sent without a claim form will not be considered.
